Subscribe The City of Charlotte, North Carolina, has implemented Intergraph’s incident management solution to improve coordination between the city’s police and fire agencies and enhance emergency response. Charlotte selected Intergraph’s map-based computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile technology, automatic vehicle location, and interoperability software.
The implementation will extend the Intergraph CAD and mobile technology already in place at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) to include call-taking and dispatch at the city’s fire department.
