Intergraph SG&I issued four press releases at Hexagon 2012 this morning! These announcements highlight how Intergraph is helping our customers Think Forward to make a positive impact on the world.
First, Intergraph announced that three California cities – Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Los Altos – will leverage our industry-leading computer-aided dispatch software to collaborate for faster, smarter regional response. Our incident management solutions offer unmatched interoperability for critical resource-sharing. See the full release.
Second, we revealed an OEM agreement with MapText, Inc., the leading label-placement solutions provider for local, state, and national government mapping agencies. MapText’s GeoLabel Pro will be embedded into our GeoMedia® Desktop product line, providing users with key labeling features to further clarify geospatial information. Read more about it.
The third release highlights SG&I’s point cloud capabilities, demonstrated this week at Hexagon 2012. The centerpiece of the new functionality is the augmented viewing capability embedded in ERDAS IMAGINE®. Now, users can simultaneously view LiDAR spatially linked in 2D, 3D, and as a user-specified profile that can reveal cross sections of the point cloud. Learn how this helps our customers.
Finally, we announced that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Arizona, has chosen Intergraph’s end-to-end public safety solutions to optimize response and streamline operations. The agency will use Intergraph’s computer-aided dispatch, inPURSUIT Records Management System, and Business Intelligence for Public Safety. They will also incorporate our mobile and web-based technologies. Find out more now.
